It didn’t take long to see the cracks in the traditional call systems. Families in need were waiting too long for answers. Calls were missed. Notes were lost. And the human connection; the part that matters most – often fell through the gaps.

That experience led us to a simple but powerful realization: conversations in care, and in business, should never be left to chance. In 2024, we began building VerbaCall – a voice AI call management platform designed to answer every call, capture every lead, and carry conversations with the empathy and clarity people expect from humans. What started with senior care has now expanded into real estate, insurance, and other industries where timely, thoughtful communication makes or breaks relationships.
